Genikai is not an agency and not an AI shop. It is a technology company whose work is making the systems inside a business connect, run, and keep running.

Most of what we do sits between things: between a website and the database behind it, between two systems of record that were never meant to talk, between a process that runs on people and the software that could carry part of it. That in-between is where businesses lose time and money, and it is where we work.

Client work reaches us through four doors: digital presence, connected systems, creative products and services, and technology partnership. Whichever door you come through, the aim is the same. A system that runs, and a team that stays.

Small, senior teams. The people you meet are the people who do the work, and there is no layer between you and them.

We take on a limited number of engagements so that every one of them has senior attention for its whole life, not just its first month. Our preferred shape is a technology partnership on retainer, because the systems we build are meant to earn their keep over years.

We are deliberately quiet about our work. What we have built, and for whom, is something we show in conversation rather than publish. If that suits you, we will get along.
